Sushi by baaska found its home!
After years of pop-ups, private dinners, and a community that showed up for him, Baaska is opening his first restaurant. As of August 11th, we are at $103 a bit over half way of our goal. Help us get to $200K!
from Baaska
Over the past three years, Iβve been building Sushi By Baaska through private in-home dining and pop-ups, serving the community with high-quality sushi with a little flair. I'm thankful for the people I've gotten to meet and the places these opportunities have taken me.
We're taking a big next step: opening a permanent home for Sushi By Baaska.
We've signed the lease to the old Zenbox Izakaya location in Downtown Minneapolis and have already begun renovations.
We're raising $200K to upgrade kitchen equipment, cover upfront costs for employee benefits, offset operational costs, and finish renovations. Part of the renovation project includes converting the current kitchen bar into a proper sushi bar - the heart of our restaurant.
Please consider supporting and if you can't afford to give, a share goes a long way.
We're excited to have you. See you very soon!
