Over the past three years, I’ve been building Sushi By Baaska through private in-home dining and pop-ups, serving the community with high-quality sushi with a little flair. I'm thankful for the people I've gotten to meet and the places these opportunities have taken me.

We're taking a big next step: opening a permanent home for Sushi By Baaska.

We've signed the lease to the old Zenbox Izakaya location in Downtown Minneapolis and our renovations are nearly complete.
